Alana leads Essential’s team of campaign consultants and sits on the national executive. She has 20 years of experience running political, social change and advocacy campaigns, including over 15 years with Essential. Alana delivers the high-level strategic coordination required of complex multichannel campaigns, and she manages and trains the national team in Essential’s established social research campaign methodology.
